2009 Highlights:

Installed more than 1 megawatt of solar power, including over 100 residential, commercial, utility and military solar systems across North Carolina
Partnered with 300 home builders, helping them construct more than 1,500 Energy Star and green-certified homes
Partnered with military bases across the Southeast, conducting performance tests that help improve the energy performance of U.S. military buildings
Prevented 1.4 million lbs of carbon dioxide emissions from entering the atmosphere
