NC Healthy Built Homes

The NC HealthyBuilt Homes (NC HBH) Programs is a statewide green building program providing a certificate for homes built by residential builders who practice sustainable, high performance building strategies that meet the program's standards.

Administered by the NC Solar Center, NC HealthyBuilt Homes is targeted at small to medium size home builders who may not have the resources to compete with larger builders in teh rapidly emerging field of green building. This program offers technical assistance, marketing assistance, design reviews, workshops, presentations, and field consultation services that enable the builder to increase his or her firm's knowledge.
